This is the same man who planted churches, survived shipwrecks, and wrote half the New Testament — and yet he openly admits he hasn't arrived. He hasn't attained. He isn't perfected. If Paul could say that, it should free the rest of us from the exhausting pressure of pretending we've already got it all together. But notice what Paul does with his unfinished status: he doesn't sit down in it. He presses on. There's a difference between admitting you haven't arrived and using that as an excuse to stop moving.
