Living the Resurrection Life

 Easter Monday, 21 April 2025

 Living the Resurrection Life

Scripture:
Romans 6:4 – “Just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”

Devotional Thought

The resurrection is not just a past event—it’s a present power. Easter changes everything. Christ’s victory over death is not only our assurance of eternity, but also our call to live differently today.

Resurrection power isn’t only for the future—it’s for right now. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us, enabling us to walk in freedom, boldness, and purpose.

Easter Monday reminds us that the story didn’t end at the empty tomb—it continues in the lives of those who believe. It’s time to rise with Him into the life He died to give.

Walk in resurrection power. Let your choices reflect the victory of Christ. Live as someone who has crossed from death to life.

Reflection:

Am I living daily in the power of Christ’s resurrection?

Prayer:

Risen Lord, thank You for the gift of new life. Help me walk in resurrection power today and every day. May my life declare that You are alive in me. I pray in Jesus Christ’s name.  Amen.
